*Happy St. Patricks Day!



Bought all the ingredients to make Irish Potatos for the kids to take into school today and never had a chance to make them! I went to two different field trips in two different cities and didn't get home until 6:30pm. Did dinner, cleanup, pj's, bed and then I had to nap before work at 11pm. I think we are still going to make them on Sunday, better late than never! Sorry kids!
