*Go birds!

Yes, that is an 's' on the end. Why, you ask? Because we celebrate both coasts, yes we have 'birds' on each side - two states.

Pete and I are die hard Eagles fans, but let's face it - we need to encourage the kids to support their home team and that's the Seahawks. The running back (Shaun Alexander) does go to our church, too. We do cheer both teams on when they play, although mom and dads heart still lie in Philly.

Don't get us wrong, we encourage them to love, love, love the Eagles, too! We also need to get some more Eagles jerseys for them, ones that fit. They've outgrown the others (hint to the grandmom and pop-pops out there!) Just for the record, there are no Seahawk jerseys in this house (yet!)

They both played great games this weekend and we can't wait till next week.

FYI - All we need is one more win apiece and we will have an Eagles/Seahawks NFC Championship game in Philly!!! What fun that would be!!!
